XLT Distribution provides a visitor information distribution service for accommodation providers and other outlets on behalf of attractions and event organisers.
We cover the six counties of Eastern England — Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex, Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire — and the service is free to accommodation providers.

A professional service at no cost to your business
Unlike paid advertising, our visitor information service is funded by the attractions and organisers whose leaflets we distribute. Your guests benefit from helpful local information — and you benefit from a tidy, well-maintained display without any subscription or fee.
Modern fleet & trained merchandisers
We run a fleet of modern vans and deliveries are made by our professional merchandisers who are Welcome Host trained.
We visit all accommodation providers with more than six bedrooms or accommodation units with our own fleet — keeping displays stocked, tidy and relevant for your guests throughout the season.
How often we visit
The frequency of our visits depends on the size of your property. Properties with fewer than six units can still receive leaflets by post when they place an order.

Yes. XLT Distribution provides the visitor information service free of charge to accommodation providers across the six counties of Eastern England.
Which areas do you cover?
We cover Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex, Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire with our own fleet of vans for properties with six or more bedrooms or accommodation units.
How often will my property be visited?
Visit frequency depends on your size: properties with more than 50 units are visited every four weeks; 16–50 units every eight weeks; 6–15 units at the start of the season and before main school holidays. Smaller properties receive postal delivery on request.
What is supplied to my property?
We supply at least one attractive perspex display rack and keep it stocked with relevant local attraction and event leaflets on behalf of tourism businesses across the region.
